Once the "Complete Order" button on the checkout page has been clicked and the order is complete it can only be changed or cancelled if the product has not been processed and shipped. We usually ship within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately. 713-825-2300

Return Policy:
Special order printed materials cannot be returned. Any Techni Ice sheet that has been hydrated cannot be returned, except for manufacture's defect. If the Techni Ice sheet has been cut or altered, it cannot be returned.

If you order a neck chillerz and it is not the design you want, nike air max 90 it can be returned for an exchange in solid color or design print. 

All products submitted for refund or exchange must accompany the original invoice and packaging.
